Hello, I’m Áine, the heart behind Anam Grá.
I provide a space of gentle care, grounding, and support for parents, babies, and anyone in need of deep rest and renewal. My work flows from the belief that when we feel nurtured and held, we can thrive – body, mind, and soul.
I am a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, a proud member of the Doula Association of Ireland, and Garda vetted to ensure safe and professional support for families. I also teach IAIM Infant Massage, a beautiful way for parents to connect with their babies, which is covered by most health insurance providers in Ireland.
As a registered reflexologist with NRRI, I offer treatments that are also covered by some health insurance providers, providing a holistic way to restore balance, ease stress, and support wellness through all stages of life – including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.
Whether you are a parent seeking guidance and connection, or an individual looking for a soothing space to rest and restore, my role is to walk alongside you, offering care, warmth, and a gentle place to land.

Monthly Online Advice Clinic
As a registered birth doula with 20 years experience and as a mother of two, this monthly session is designed to equip you with tools, language and confidence for an empowered birth. (Recommended for pregnant people 32-36 weeks)
