Service Description
Infant massage is a beautiful way to bond with your little one, while supporting their wellbeing in the earliest months of life. Through gentle, rhythmic strokes, you can help your baby feel calm, secure, and deeply connected to you. My IAIM Certified classes mean fees are redeemable against many Healthcare Insurance plans, up to a max of €100. Over 5 weeks, you’ll be gently guided through a full massage routine, starting off slowly and adding a new stroke each week, learning how to tune into your baby’s cues, respond with confidence, and support their wellbeing through the power of loving, nurturing touch. Along the way, we explore techniques that can help ease wind, colic, constipation, teething, and sleeplessness. Each week also includes a short talk on topics relevant to new parents from reading infant cues and supporting bonding, to self-care and confidence building. These discussions are a chance to share experiences, ask questions, and feel supported in community. Classes are completely baby-led if your little one needs to feed, sleep, or be held, that’s always welcomed. Dolls are available to practise on if your baby isn’t in the mood for massage that day. This is a warm, welcoming, and safe space: a place to land, to feel supported, and to connect with others on the same path. Each session finishes with tea, a snack, and conversation because nurturing parents is just as important as nurturing babies. What’s included in the 5-week course: - Weekly 90-minute class in a small, supportive group setting at Soul Moves, Galway - Step-by-step instruction in the full massage sequence - Guidance in reading and responding to your baby’s unique cues - Techniques to soothe common baby discomforts - Weekly parent-focused talk topic and time for discussion - A bottle of organic massage oil to take home - Handouts covering each week’s strokes - Tea, a snack, and time to restore yourself What to bring: - A soft blanket or towel for your baby to lie on - Comfortable clothing for yourself (we’ll be sitting on the floor) - Your usual nappy bag essentials - Anything that helps you and your baby feel at ease (feeding cushion, water, etc.) By the end of the 5 weeks, you’ll have a toolkit of massage strokes to use at home, along with the experience of slowing down, enjoying time with your baby, and feeling supported in community.

Cancellation Policy
I know that life with little ones, and life in general, can be unpredictable. My booking and cancellation policy is designed to be flexible while also protecting the time I hold for you. Booking Your Session All sessions and courses can be booked through the online booking form or by contacting me directly. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refundable, except in cases of emergency. I will always do my best to accommodate rescheduling where possible. Courses & Packages For baby massage courses and multi-session packages, missed sessions cannot be refunded but I will do my best to offer a catch-up option where available. Thank you for respecting this policy—it allows me to offer consistent, caring support to you and all the families I work with. A key part of my work is supporting families in birth as part of my work as a doula, and there is a small chance that one of these events could require me to cancel your appointment at short notice. In these rare cases you will get a brief notification from me, and I will be in touch as soon as I can to reschedule.
